Clear Blue Digital OPK

I feel like I missed my peak fertility, the past two days I've tested I've gotten high fertility (blinking smiley) - could this happen? Testing for O too late and miss the surge, so you get a blinking smiley? If my temp rises again tomorrow it looks like I would have ovulated the 12th.. Correct?
