I am on my 2nd cycle of Clomid and currently on cd 17. I ovulated last month and had minor cramping around ovulation this month. I ovulated about 3 days ago at cd 14. But the past 2 days I have had severe pain in my lower left ovaries and back. Last month I had this same pain at cd 19-22. The pain is sever sharp stabbing pains and I suffer from endometriosis and possible pcos. It's getting bad enough that I fear I am going to end up in the er. My dr last month said to take 800mg of ibuprofen every 4 hours but I never got any relief. Any suggestions or anyone ever experiencing this while on clomid?
