Went in for my 8wk ultrasound today and it appears I have a vanishing twin.  Dr couldn't find heartbeat on one and said it will likely just dissolve. I've already had a m/c (also at 8wks) and am beyond devastated that I have lost another baby. I know I should be happy that I still have one healthy one in there but it's hard to think of what could have been. There's no worse feeling than walking around knowing you have a dead baby in you😭💔
