Whats the difference with perky boobs? What does that mean.. small boobs?

Perky means that they do not sag, no matter how big they are. Perky nipples means they sit high up or point up.

Not necessarily small. Those would just be referred to as small boobs. Perky means that they don't just hang/droop they stay up
