How many time do you test a day? It's my first time using them and I'm jus curious if I need to test more than once a day.

I do it usually once a day. Sometimes twice a day. My suggestion is do it once with FMU ( first morning urine) and then around 2-3 in the afternoon. Always better to do too many then not enough. Good luck. Hope it works out for you.
