Cramps cervix?

Question

Does anyone else experience cramping in their vagina that feels like it could be their cervix? I'm hoping this is a sign that I'm thinning or dilating!

It's most likely pelvic girdle pain. I had the same thing happen and went to my birth suite to get checked out, and ended up being refered to a maternity physio for advice on how to deal with the pain.

Some of the things I was told were....
*don't be on your feet for too long during a day if you can avoid it.
*no vacuuming or mopping
*no pushing a shopping trolley
*do your pelvic floor exercises
*wear a brace or a belt for support
*avoid sitting with your legs crossed
*sitting on a swiss ball may help
*keep your knees togther when getting in & out of bed/car.

I guess I could call it cramping... Everytime I walk it feels like a sharp pain in my vagina and it feels like the baby will fall out.... But my cervix is still long and closed...😕
