What does sex mean to you?

Sex to me is an expression of how much I love someone and that I plan to be with them for a long time, if not forever. So it's not just meaningless pleasure. However my SO has a different view, in that he sees it as a fun way to spice up a relationship, but with it still not meaningless. What does it mean to you?

Sex means I get to have sex lol. But on a emotional level with DP.

Yeah it really depends on the person for me I guess. Sometimes it's just for pleasure and feeling good on my part, but other times it can mean more and is meant to create a stronger bond, bringing two people closer together.

For me it's a show of trust and a sharing of pleasure be that with a romantic partner or with a friend. With a romantic partner it normally turns into something more though something bonding and beautiful. There's a big difference between sex and making love.
