Silly question

Hey guys,

My wife and I have been trying for a baby for about 2 years. At first we did at home AI, I think I got pregnant once but miscarried. Now we have decided to try the old fashioned way. Well about a week ago we tried on all my most fertile dates and for the past couple of days my stomach has been hurting and my breast are sensitive (especially my nipples). There's no way I could be pregnant or showing signs I'm pregnant already right ? That's way to early.

I'm just trying to not get my hopes up to far, sometimes it seems like I will never be a biological mom.
