Okay so I took 2 hpt this morning and they were both negative. I'm on birth control but you know it's not 100% effective. I haven't had a period since February once I was on it for a few months. But tonight I've been spotting and having mild cramps and I dont normally have that. What could this be?

I need opinions. Has this ever happen to anybody? If so, what was wrong?
