Pregnancy Calf Muscle Aches and/or Pain?

I wanted to see if I'm the only one!  It just started today with my right calf aching so bad that both my husband AND I had to massage it forever.  Now my left calf is starting to ache, too.  I'm 12w3d along.  I take my vitamins & I stay hydrated, but I did miss my workouts this week.  Anyone else?  Any tips from anyone who's had this problem?  Thanks, ladies!

Eat a banana a day and they will go away!

It def happens to me when I don't exercise enough. Plus it can be a magnesium deficiency, or even all of those basics: magnesium, calcium, potassium, etc. 
We need them and they don't put 100% rda in prenatal vitamins for some. 
There are really good food and herbal sources.

I got them early in the first trimester. Laying with my legs sort of elevated on pillows helped to keep blood flowing.

Could it be Charlie horse? My sister already advised me to start sleeping with about 5 pillows on my legs to make sure they are raised. Try that.
