Spinning babies
Anyone else tried the spinning babies options? My dr told me to try them. I'm dialated to a 4-5 but baby needs to turn, she's sideways and she needs to face front to come down farther!
So I went online and tried a couple things, if anything it definitely relieved pressure and helped my back a TON!! There is lots of good reviews about spinning babies!! Just wondered if anyone had a success story!
