TMI!!! Really need help. Please.

Okay so on the 17th I am supposed to be 4 weeks. Also that is the day my AF is supposed to be. Already went to doc and have a confirmed pregnancy by blood. I have had light spitting on and off but NEVERTHELESS this dark or bright red. There hasn't been any clots. I'm just worried. The OB is closed today and I won't go back until Monday... I'm just scared...
