So my doctor advised me that I could take lomotil 2.5 MG 3x a day for diarrhea. I took one on Wednesday and it seemed to help until today. My mom (a nurse) looked up the risk for taking that drug during pregnancy, it says it's category C, which means that's the risk for harming baby is unknown. Now I am afraid to take it, and every time I eat I have diarrhea! Any advice?
