Skin issue- any dermatologists out there?
Okay, so my boyfriend used a Biore pore strip over two years ago and he's had this issue where he has almost like a dent in his nose from it. It bleeds and never quite goes away. It embarrasses him and people ask about it and that makes him feel worse. 
He's going to try getting into the dermatologist soon- but does anyone have any idea what it could be, why it won't go away, etc? I'm guessing infection of some type?
