My method is having sex. Unless there are medical reasons why you can't conceive, as far as I know, that's all ya need to do 😊

I have quite a list. I take prenatal vitamin,vit c, krill oil, raspberry leaf, vitex, mucinex. I am gonna start preseed this cycle.
