How do you know how many dpo you are??

I see everyone post there so many days post ovulation or dpo but how do you know how many days it is when it only tells you ur fertile window. Is there a way to know exactly when ur ovulating and I'm missing it on this app or do you have to take an ovulation test?

You can check your dpo under genius chart. It will tell you your cycle date and dpo in the bottom right. Here's a pic of my chart

I believe the majority actually use an OPK. although some might narrow it down with temping and cm/cp checks.

I personally use Ovia for tracking symptoms, plus it tells you when you're in your tww and the highest peak ovulation days are but I use Glow for the forums.

That's kinda what I thought I haven't started testing for ovulation just because I honestly didn't think it would be this hard to get pregnant but 4 months in I think I'm gonna start next cycle if still nothing this time thanks:)

I tried opk this month and glow predicted same day that I got a positive so as long as you log your period dates I would say u c ould just go b y what glow says?
