I have red, slightly swollen and sore to touch nipples. I can't stomach eggs and meat, only ovulated 4 days ago and nothing else is happening only that?
My period is due in 10 days

I'd say hormones from ovulation. The egg if fertilized doesn't even implant until 7dpo to 12dpo. So there's no way you implanted yet.
