Left ovary area pinching??

What the heck is this pinching sensation in my left ovary area?! 
It comes & goes... I can deal with the pain without having to take something for it, but it's annoying.

You could be ovulating. That's one of my symptoms of ovulation. I've also heard it can be an early pregnancy symptom.

Could be a cyst, women tend to get cyst on the ovaries, just many don't no about them. If the pain comes n goes it could be that, when it burst it's painful but then ur back to normal after it all happens.

Then again could be cramping, I would just say go get check, to make sure ur okay.

It could be a cyst. I had one but it was very small. It felt like a cramp almost. My mom got worried because of the area and wanted to make sure it wasn't my appendix so I had to go to the emergency room for a 1cm cyst
