I haven't had a period in 3.5 years because of my iud birth control, Mirena. Before I got Mirena, though, my period was completely out of whack. I couldn't track it. I would have 1 week between cycles one time and then wait 5 weeks the next. My flow would last anywhere from 2 days to 2 months. My flow was heavy and clotted. My man and I eventually want to have kids. What can I do during that time to control it if anything? Are there ways to track a crazy cycle like mine? What can be done to fix it?
