I lost my virginity about five years ago. I've been with a guy for almost three years now and we have sex regularly. Is it possible that we could have just now broken my hymen? My first time was not painful at all. The only time sex has been painful for me is when my partner is almost too hard and too deep for me. Last night I had the feeling that he was too deep (I was on top), and then I felt almost a ripping feeling. I went to the bathroom and sat there for a while and then noticed that I was bleeding. Yes, my period had just ended the day before, but this blood was different. I bled all last night and this morning and just stopped bleeding now. I'm not sure if this was my hymen or if something else more serious might be wrong.
