Coming home outfit for ME!

Okay, FTM....I am for some reason obsessing about what I'll wear coming home from the hospital, lol! I won't be nursing so don't need anything specific for the top. Everyone seems to love leggings, but can't that be super bulky looking with that giant pad? I haven't worn a pad in at least 12 years so I have no idea! I just want to look semi good so I can feel a little good about myself when I know everyone will be snapping photos.

I think I'm going to wear a pair of maternity jeans and a loose fitting top. Leggings are too lounge wear for me - I won't wear them unless I'm at the gym or hanging around the house.

My midwife recommended not packing maternity jeans, but sticking with sweats or ideally a dress because she said I likely won't want anything pushing into my belly, and that if I for any reason need a c section, I would hate even maternity jeans

Im wearing leggings under a long shirt that comes to my knees. Actually for the same reason you said lol.

It depends will it be cold where you live when you give birth??? It'll be breezy here so I want me and hubby to wear matching sweatpants of something!
