So last night I took a photo of my 7 week old daughter and sent it to a friend. She replied with "oh dear, her pupil is white...that's really not good Leia" and I wasn't aware so I asked her why she said that and In short she told me white pupils instead of red on photos can indicate cancer of the eye?! I'm already being referred to a specialist as at the 6 week check they looked at her eye (she has an elongated pupil in that eye) and said she's not worried about the eye but it's always best to get it checked by a spedialist. I'm so scared. I hope my precious baby doesn't have anything seriously wrong :(
