Question

Any of you ladies experiencing back pain heartburn and leg cramps ??? What should I do to help ? First time mom need advice . thanks ladies !

I've been having back pain off and on my whole pregnancy. I started with a tilted uterus, which really made my back hurt from 8 weeks to 11 weeks when it finally moved forward and up. I clean houses, so the farther along I get the less I can do and the more my back hurts. I just got a maternity support band last week and it helps a lot!!

Yes!!! The day nurture told me I was in my 3rd trimester I've been having back pain.  Perfect timing lol
