Bladder pressure and kidney pain, help!!

I am feeling a lot of pressure in my bladder area. Also, I am having pain in my kidney area. I am very familiar with bladder and kidney infections because I get them often. It does not feel like a bladder infection at all but the pain in the kidney area is similar to what I experience in a kidney infection but that usually happens after a bladder infection starts. Does anyone have any idea of what might be going on?? I am 21 weeks pregnant.
