Pelvic pain??

Question

Is anybody else experiencing severe pelvic pain?! I'm 24 weeks and two days and some days I can hardly walk because the pain is so bad. The muscles are so sore.

This! It's miserable. It hurts to even roll over at night. My doctor said it was normal and couldn't do anything about it but there are times where it's debilitating. My sister said I should talk to a chiropractor because it worked wonders for her with her youngest. Has anyone found anything that helps?!?

That's me! My pubic symphisys is so sore!!! I waddle like hell and I can't sit for too long or I won't be able to
get up!!! I'm 21 weeks with twins, I find it hard to believe that it will actually get worse!!

Where in your pelvis? Is it pubic bones or is it in your vagina? Can you describe it?

I have it...Doctor told me it's pelvic girdle pain. I stand all day in work and that doesn't help but sleeping with a pillow between my knees helps at night and really light exercise helps too like very light pilates. You can visit a physio and they will.show you exercises to help and might recommend a belly band to support your bump and hips. Please don't suffer too much you may end up on crutches and you definitely don't want it to hurt after pregnancy either xxxx

I have this with maybe 3-4 weeks today is the worst I've had it.. Finding it hard to drive and walk.takes me forever to walk up the stairs lol. Doctor told me it's pelvic girdle pain it's awful x

I thought I was the only one all of my friends who have kids didn't experience this. What sucks worst is that there isn't much you can do about it 😔. I'm 25 week so all I can think is its a long way to 40 weeks with this pain only getting worst as the baby gets bigger.

I've had it with all three of my pregnancies.  It was a lot worse when we lived on the third floor. I find if I avoid stairs, sitting in chairs that are hard to get out of, and if I take shorter strides when I walk, it doesn't get as inflamed. Good luck!

I had that with baby 2. It was the round ligament pain and it was horrible that pregnancy. Thankfully this time around hasn't been too bad.

I am stsrting to get pain in the hips when I sleep but it isn't too bad...yet. I hope it doesn't get bad this time!
