Dealing w/cats & pregnancy

If you're pregnant and have cats, how are you dealing with the anxiety surrounding toxoplasmosis? Obv we shouldn't be cleaning the litter box, but is that the extent of your worries? I find myself not liking my cat on my sheets because I'm scared the parasite is in her paws and she's going to spread it that way 😩 Help!
