TTC and bleeding question - unsure.

Hi I'm new to this, my husband and I just started TTC and I have a question. This week is my fertile week we has sex yesterday and today I started bleeding. It stated off as light sporting but now it's more of a light period bleed. Is this normal? What does this mean? Feeling like I have no idea.
