Hot flashes?

I'm 5w2d and having ridiculous hot flashes!!! Anyone else? What do you do to help with them? I'm not trying to complain, I'll take any symptom if it helps this baby grow, but I'll take some helpful hints if there are any!

I'm having them too :( I have never heard of this symptom of pregnancy before, so I'm glad to hear I'm not the only one! Mine usually only last a minute or two.

I had hot flashes around 5 weeks too, thankfully at 6 weeks 5 days they seem to have stopped.  I held my wrists under the cold tap when it was happening and that helped. I also think keeping hydrated was helpful.

I am 5 weeks 3 days and the hot flashes are extreme. I go from chills and goosebumps to sweating my butt off in less than a minute. I just keep a sweatshirt with me to help with the cold but sleeping is hard. But haven't figured anything else out. This is my third pregnancy and I don't remember this symptom from before so it was nice to hear someone else complain of the same thing.
