How was your pregnancy after having a mmc? I'm so terrified that this one will end like my last in mmc..😥 trying to be positive but i can't help but think I'll go for my scan and nothing will be in the sac like last time I was 7 weeks. I'm going for an early scan this Friday at 6w 1d praying so scared! Had a few more symptoms than the last but they seem to b fading so worried! 😔🙏 any positive advice would be greatly appreciated ❤️
