Spotting in 8th week!

I woke up around 3:30 this morning to pee, once again....and only when I wiped there were a few small pinkish brown spots on the tp. It only happened that one time and haven't seen anymore...what could this be from? And has anyone else have this happen and turn out ok?! I haven't had my ultrasound yet, its scheduled for tomorrow actually, so I haven't heard any heartbeat yet. So scared and worried.....😔
