Just found out that my sister in law who was due a month after me has a blighted ovum.  I feel awful and don't know what to say.  My very first pregnancy ended in a chemical pregnancy but since then I have two healthy boys and another baby on the way.  I know all she wants is to be a mother and now I feel guilty that we weren't even trying to get pregnant and she was and lost it
