Did I ovulate?

(8/16) CD 11 PM: twinges/pulling around my belly button and a little below. 
(8/17) CD 12: lots of white cm in my underwear.

Glow says my fertile week starts tomorrow with the peak day on (8/21). Could I have ovulated early or am I still on track?

You should temp. Honestly, it's helped me understand when I'm ovulating and when I'm not.

Its hard to say. Temping would confirm if you ovulated.
