After reading the actual article I don't really care that the shoplifting charges were tossed out, since it would have most likely have been probation, but I do think it's strange that they haven't charged her with anything for the death of the child since it was ruled a homicide by the medical examiner.

Reminds me of a teenage girl in KY a month or so ago. She gave birth to a baby in the hospital bathroom I guess, then killed the baby, wrapped her in laundry, and put her down the laundry chute. Why would you do that?? It's a hospital! She could have left the baby in the hallway or something and left if she didn't want her. It's disgusting.
