From experience (I have RH neg blood) it doesn't decrease chances at all.

You will possibly need shots just before and after baby is born. Other than that, there should be no difference in conception chances.

in no way does have rh - blood decrease your chances.  When you get pregnant they will ask your SO his blood type, then if he is positive, you will get a couple of shots one before and one after baby is born.  That is it.
