Are you scared for the future?

Everything that is going on in America... I'm honestly quite scared for what the future holds.

America is not going in the right direction that's for sure. If things don't change and they keep getting worse, I will be scared for sure! It's sad enough you cant take a walk at night without being afraid for your life.

I am fearful because my husband is in the Army so it always scares me to think of our country in the future. I think of deployments and going to war again and something happening to my husband..I'm very fearful of what a new president could bring. I foresee our country deploying troops in full force once a new president comes in and that sometimes keeps me up at night.

I have a plan, a bug out bag, and really good aim.

Take it one day at a time. The future will come but just do the present. 92% of what we worry about doesn't happen, or happens but not the way we worry it will. Yesterday is history, tomorrow is a mystery. Today is a gift, that's why they call it the present.

I'm kind of scared. I think about what kind of world I'm bringing my child into and it's worrisome.

I'm not scared. But I'm a JW so I have a definite hope that doesn't bring me concern. I think that is what makes a difference. Otherwise I would be freaked. (If you want to know what that hope is, comment. Otherwise I won't go all religious on you)

I'm not worried. I don't think things are any scarier than they've always been. I do think you can psych yourself out with too much media though. There are a lot of good things happening.

That's the reason I have anxiety, bc I live in the damn future!  Always thinking about future and not living in the moment. Ugh
