Family Halloween Costume Help

I know this is early but I'm trying to plan ahead for DIYs. Any ideas or opinions for family Halloween costumes? It's my husband, me (I'll be 6 months pregnant), my 1.5 year old (at that time), and our spotted mini dachshund. We don't really go for actual scary/gory costumes. We prefer funny, cute, clever kinds of costumes. Ideas?
