What changes have you made to increase your chances?
I have:
-Quit smoking back in December
-Drink less alcohol and try to stick to red wine when I do
-started eating healthier and losing weight
-Drink less coffee/try to drink more green tea if I need caffeine
-taking prenatals and other vitamins
-Try to get adequate sleep (I work night shifts so my sleep patterns aren't the best).
Any other suggestions? Let's help each other out ladies!
