I wonder why

I was diagnose with pcos and was never put on any meds besides birth control or prenatal vitamins then the last time I was there she told me that I had to wait a year then ask about getting pregnant she ask was my periods back I said been coming on time for the last 5 months so idk sometimes I think I'm not ovulating right so idk what is wrong with me and she my blood test came back normal
