Condoms as a birth . Control and spermacid

Hi Iam tried the cooper iud but I had bleeding so I removed it and get pregnant and after delivery I had the merina one for 8 months but it made me gaining weight and no periods and swollen leg and pain at leg and hands so I just removed it two days ago

And I got my period

We decided to use condoms and spermicide

So any recommendation ? Any one use condoms as abirt control do u think it is effective ?

Another question ,, with condoms can we have sex during evaluation days ?
