I just found out from my OB that I'm in process of my 1st miscarriage. I've been bleeding for the last three days, but no cramping. I was only 5 weeks along, but I was already excited for a new baby and a sibling for my little man. So far the bleeding has only been similar to a medium period, and no cramps. I'm terrified of what's to come... Anyone have any advise?
