My contractions were SO MUCH WORSE than I ever thought they would be. But I found out that's probably because I went from 3 cm to 9 cm in 45 minutes. I almost had that baby all natural! After I got my epidural I was moving life. I started having contractions around 9, water broke around 12:30, and he was here by 4. Pushed for about an hour. I did have an episiotomy so that sucked, but he was worth every single second of pain! Axel Henry Carter Kisselman was born at 38 weeks at 3:56 am. He is 5 lbs 12 oz, 19 3/4 inches of pure perfection. He did have some trouble getting oxygen so he spent some time in the NICU, but he is thriving now and getting lots and lots of love! He is absolutely perfect in every single possible way.
