Fever and body aches...

Hey ladies! I'm in my TWW and I've been experiencing the tender breast, mild cramps, low back aches and creamy CM. Yesterday, I had my temperature spike to 99.8 (I'm always 97.7 or .8) and I had body aches. My temp is at 98.8 now and I still feel mildly icky. Is this common in the TWW??
