Swelling

I've been fortunate before and not had much swelling in my other pregnancies. This time my feet have been swollen for a while, but not anything to really scare me. Today though my hands feel huge. I feel like I'm wearing gloves while trying to type. My palms are red and my fingertips have lost some feeling and are definitely swollen. Is this normal and I've just never had it before or should I be concerned?
