Any tips for drinking fertility herbs?!

Currently on acupuncture and was "prescribed" herbs to help improve egg quality.

I'm hopeful but my GOD the smell, the taste!!!

Have any of you tried this?! Did it work? Any tips?????

Lol. No advice. I don't do chinese herbs for this reason. You could ask your herbalist/acupuncturist if you can have them in capsules or in tinctures.

I put mine in yogurt initially but it still tasted pretty bad so then I put it in my coffee and I barely noticed it.  I ended up stopping them because they gave me diarrhea.

Mine Just gave me the herbs as well, I'm trying them for the first time today. I wonder if they actually improve fertility.

I'm going to pop this cassava fertility supplement as soon it'll arrived. I ordered it in Amazon and AF just left today.
