Kid predicts pregnancy?

I am 11dpo as of today. In the past week I have felt nauseous at night after dinner. I have been having dreams about positive pregnancy tests. I have been having some mild cramping. And craving bacon. But come on, who doesn't want bacon all the time?
Well today my son went up to his dad and whispered in his ear "mommy has a baby" he is three years old and he doesn't have barley any knowledge of anybody being pregnant around him. How do you ladies feel about kids predicting pregnancy? Do you think it's just a coincidence? Or could my three year old be right and mommy has a baby in her belly?

I think they know. My 5 year old told me I was pregnant back in September then in October he said the baby died. Sure enough I was and did have a miscarriage.  Finally got my positive again in July and I would continually ask him each month if I was pregnant he always said no until july.

My son tells my husband I have a baby in my stomach he is 4 and I had a really light faint positive test but either af came or implantation bleeding started today is day 4 I have 6 days to my period I'm barely even bleeding right now .. I started on the 17th ddnt know I as bleeding til I wiped after I pissed .. It was clear stretchy snot like mucus with bright pink and brown blood ? 
So on the first of September I will retest and see what happens cause ironically my husbands cousin got pregnant and she had a period and then tested positive! 
She implanted ironically the day AF was due .  So we will see if ironically that's what happened to me or not ?
