What to wear to ER?

So please don't get it wrong! Not worried about fashion, concerned with needing something that will make the experience more comfortable. Do u leave ER very bloated that ur normal cloths are uncomfortable? I read someone post that they were relieved to bring socks, etc. for those that have been there, what item did u bring/wear that was a comfort or lifesaver?

Hiya. I could have sworn I replied to his post earlier! I wrote out a big long post and everything, sorry. 
Definitely bring something loose. It can hurt to bend over/pee etc afterwards, so anything tight on tummy wouldn't b comfortable. I brought leggings and a long top. Bring socks to wear into theatre(this was requested by my clinic), slippers and a light dressing gown for whilst you are waiting around. Afterwards Make sure you rest, the next day, even if you are feeling fine, rest. I went straight bk to rushing about /Cleaning up, and two days later or so I was in agony. Only just eased up the day before my transfer! Good luck xx

I would also recommended that u take music , a magazine, or a book for the post ER time. I was able to use the book to distract myself and get my mind out of the anxiety of it all.  Also have plans for food for when u are done. Cook the night before, or get take out! You will be hungry and the last thing you want is to get home and start the wondering game about lunch. Good luck ladies! 🙏🍀🍀🍀🍀🙏🙏🙏

I just wore a pair of yoga pants and a tee shirt. They have me socks when I got there. They also made me pee before I went in, and before I went home. They gave me Tylenol before I left, but def take it every few hours. 
Make sure there's something to eat when you get home. I had a big lunch, then slept for 4 hours! 
I'm also trying to drink as much as possible and everyone keeps saying protein, so I'm trying that as well.
