Off duty police officers...

In a city near me an off duty police officer was recently denied entry to a Chuck E. Cheese restaurant with their child. This officer was in uniform and carrying their gun. Chuck E. Cheese (a family oriented arcade style pizza joint) has a strict no gun policy.

According to most people who are commenting on the official Facebook page for this police department, police officers are always above such policies, even if they are off duty.
