Sleep...where are you?!?!?!
So I'm 21 + 4 and for the last month I've consistently woken up around 3 or 4 am (not to use the restroom but just waking up) and can't go back to sleep until about 5:30-6. This wouldn't be a problem if I DIDN'T HAVE TO BE AT WORK AT 7:30am!!!! Anyone else having this problem? If so, what's been working for you to get back to sleep?
