Get it tested. I get rashes like that before an onset of vasculitis. It's happened 5 times now. Don't let her scratch it. It might just be spider or bug bites, but if I were you, I'd check it out.. Have attached photos from different stages of my vasculitis. I don't want to scare you.. Just s heads up of what to look out for

Maybe you should check for bed bugs! Typically, bed bugs bite in groups of three & it looks like those dots are in groups of three! Check just in case.
