My appointment today went well!  She's rotated and has her head down now!! Still has one foot up at her mouth.  She is measuring big - they estimated her at 4lbs 10oz already with her belly at 35wks (a full month ahead).  They didn't see any sugar in my urine and since my GD test came back with my sugars so low they aren't having me do the test again.  I'm suppose to watch the sugar and carbs I eat, and try to only gain 1/2lb a week going forward.  I've gained 17lbs so far.  Getting her and I rechecked in 2wks. Hopefully, worse case, I get to meet her early.  Since my practice is primarily midwives they haven't talked about c-section, just the possibility of an early induction.
